Ravi Kalidindi
Founder and Principal Consultant
Ravi has over 15 years experience of implementing large scale software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Ravi is a leader and problem solver first, and a technologist second. He has a well-rounded background and perspective from stints in system administration, QA, development, systems integration, business analysis, application design, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture. Ravi has a business oriented approach and sees software as a means to solving business problems.
Prior to founding Next Path Solutions, Ravi was a professional services consultant for 10 years at Sun Microsystems Inc. He was a member of the Sun Java Center, a specialized consulting group, that fostered Java technology usage in it’s early days, published well-regarded material on Java EE patterns, best practices, and methodologies, and assisted Sun’s biggest clients with implementing strategic business solutions. Ravi has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
Sam Beauchamp
Co-Founder and Principal Consultant
Sam is a certified PMP and Scrum Master possessing more than 25 years of progressive experience in information technology, encompassing all aspects of solution architecture and development services, program and project management, resource planning, and team building. Sam has led the transition to Agile methodology while managing distributed systems development projects for global enterprises. He has also turned around and successfully completed multiple stalled development/integration projects for Fortune 250 companies.
Sam holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
