Next Path Solutions are solution delivery experts. We provide a Delivery Model and the key people needed to ensure reliable delivery of our clients’ strategic efforts. Through successful solution delivery, we also establish processes, tools, best practices, etc. to help transition the larger IT organization to a more efficient delivery model. We do not aim to take over entire projects…we will work with a client’s enterprise staff, product vendors, other implementation service providers, system integrators, and business subject matter experts.
